Turn idle code into recurring revenue

Your agency's old code is an untapped asset.

AI labs pay real money to license real-world source code and git history — and because licences are non-exclusive, you're paid repeatedly: every time your code is licensed, not just once. Pangea.ai turns codebases sitting idle after delivery into recurring revenue, at zero upfront cost and almost no lift.

Demand from the labs is high right now — this is a near-term window, not a standing offer.
Why now

Real-world code is the scarce ingredient.

The labs building frontier coding models need to train and evaluate them on genuine production code — not just the final source, but the git history behind it: how features shipped, how bugs were fixed, how a codebase matured over time. Verified, real-world code like that can't be manufactured, and it's in short supply right now. The projects your agency has already delivered are exactly what they're looking for.

Scarce input

Authentic production code is the one input labs can't generate synthetically — so they pay for the real thing.

Rising demand

Buyers are actively acquiring real-world codebases to train and evaluate their models, and that appetite keeps growing.

History counts too

Your commits, fixes, and tickets carry real signal — you're paid for the git history, not only the final source.

What you're paid

A straight payout per million tokens.

That's what you're paid — a straight payout per million tokens, on every sale.

Git history carries most of the value — and you're paid for it, not just the final source. Every figure here is licensed revenue, and non-exclusive licences keep it growing.

The opportunity

Value that's already built, paid for, and sitting idle.

The projects you've already shipped hold value beyond the original engagement — the kind of real, production code frontier AI labs are paying for.

Found money

Turn R&D, internal tools, and delivered projects into a new revenue line.

Paid repeatedly

Licences are non-exclusive, so the same repo is licensed again and again — you’re paid recurringly, on every sale, not just once.

You stay in control

You keep full ownership and the right to keep using the code yourself — internally and with clients.

The IP question, answered

"But I can't share client code."

You don't have to — and you shouldn't. You license only the repos you choose, and only code you own: R&D, internal tools, and projects that have wound down. Client work, NDAs, and confidential data stay out of it, and you can scrub anything sensitive before you submit.

You pick what's sharedOnly the repos you select are ever touched. Nothing else.

Ballpark estimate

Roughly what could your codebases be worth?

A quick, illustrative ballpark — nothing more. Your real, per-repo number comes in minutes once you connect Git. Final value depends on analysis of your repos and buyer demand.

$15,000 $22,500
≈ $1,000 – $1,500 per repo · recurring — paid on every re-license
Illustrative only — a conservative per-repo ballpark by codebase depth. It’s what you take home, not a revenue split. Not a quote — your real per-repo estimate appears when you connect Git.
How it works

Three steps. Almost no lift on your side.

Your codebases are valued and sold, and you're paid within 15 days of each sale.

Answers

Everything agencies ask us first.

Do we keep ownership of our code?+
Yes. You grant an exclusive licence to market and sell the codebase to buyers, but you keep ownership — and full internal and client use.
Do we need to own the IP?+
Yes. Only submit codebases you fully own — no client IP, NDA restrictions, or confidential data. You warrant you hold the rights and choose exactly which repos to include.
Can we keep using the code ourselves?+
Yes. You keep the right to use, modify, deploy, and maintain the code internally and across your existing and ongoing client engagements — all unaffected.
Is the licence exclusive?+
While a codebase is listed, it's only sold through us — you can't list the same one elsewhere in parallel. The exclusivity is about selling to buyers, nothing else.
When and how do we get paid?+
Once a codebase is licensed and the buyer pays, you're paid on Net 15 terms — within 15 days, into the payout account you set up directly.
Can we change our mind and pull a codebase?+
Yes — you can withdraw a codebase from future listing on 30 days' notice. That doesn't unwind a deal already in progress, but it stops new ones. Either side can end the overall agreement on 30 days' notice.
